With rising consumer costs and pressure on affordable housing, families and individuals were continuing to struggle with food insecurity during the COVID-19 pandemic. In response, the Miracle of Agriculture Foundation hosted another ‘Miracle Project’ and delivery of food on Wednesday, July 28^th  2021, in West Valley City.

In keeping with previous ‘Miracle Projects’, those receiving food stayed in vehicles and had food placed inside. The event provided direct food donations to approximately 1,500 families in West Valley and took place in the parking lot of Granger High School. The donations included beef, milk, cheese, potatoes, eggs, sweet corn, and other seasonal produce.
